I really wanted to love this place. Gave it 2 tries. Both times service was horrible, first time I assumed it was bc they were semi busy and our server had half the patio, food was burnt when it came out. Second time we were our servers only table, she was smoking cigarettes at the table near us with other co-workers, could never find her to refill drinks, then all the sudden she appears getting a piggy back ride from a coworker. Out of 4 people at our table the "chef didn't see your meal on the ticket". Food also took forever to come out. I had to get up and find a different server on more than one occasion to help us with the hooka. On top of that it's automatic 18% gratuity, which no one in the place did anything to even deserve a tip (normally I too very well 25% or more). Worst $130 I've spent. Food is decent, but over priced for quality. Everyone at our table stayed polite and never let it be known how dissatisfied we were. Such a disappointment after reading other reviews.
