It was our third time there. The hotel is in a great location, the service is very friendly. However, you can see a descent: earlier there was a small panettone for Christmas or a nice little attention for New Year's. In the meantime even the boat feeder costs something (still within reasonable limits). The food has never been very good. For breakfast there was always a rather small selection of dishes. This time we had booked the Executive Lounge: there the breakfast was not only sparse but the same offer over five days - unimaginative. I would not recommend the New Year's Eve dinner in the Bacaromi restaurant: of all the courses, the worst was served with the cold fish with a foul smell ... Conclusion: a large hotel with very nice furnishings and the best location. In terms of quality, however, you can well consider whether you can now get a significantly better performance elsewhere for the extremely high price. A pity
