Don't even waste your money on applying.
During the application process, prior to them denying me for something that I had NO IDEA ABOUT, Matt Smith interrogated me on the phone about EVERY ASPECT of my life. Even issues from over 6 years ago. I have excellent rental history and my credit is 100% on time payments. After having to explain myself and being put through a microscope, I got a DOCUSIGN email that said my application had been denied. I HONESTLY believe they are collecting money for application fees KNOWING that they are going to deny the application from the beginning. I don't trust this company.
