I never knew the importance of an insurance agent until Ellen came into my life. She makes the dreadful insurance process seamless ( From purchasing insurance to making a claim). I m sure a lot of background work goes on behind the scenes but you would never know it. She is thorough, friendly, quick and always easy to reach. I will never use another agency/agent. Ellen is my girl! Thank you Ellen!
