I have been part of the J-Netics family for over 20 years now. I went from a size 14 to a size 2 in 90 days. I can say that that there is no other person that can get you mind right. Jay s mentoring is one of a kind you will never find another man that will give you his undivided attention, countless hours in the Gym and on the phone to keep you motivated, going over your food plan, sending pictures of your food that you re eating and making sure you stay on track, he really does give from his heart, he cares about each and every client that comes through the door.
