This is a total scam, we purchased 3 sets of inserts at a flea market on Orlando on 8/1/2016 from "happy feet" representative James Rogers Jr. Since then we activated the so-called extra items for which we paid a further $36 and to date we have not received the merchandise and have not been able to solicit any response from the company? I am taking further action with numerous consumer groups throughout the US and have engaged American Express to recoup our funds and hopefully that further scamming is stopped
