I was seen by the PA Julia and one of her nurses (Wish I got her name) for a bad ear infection. I came in at 5 am it was pretty dead. Got taken back to a room right away. She listened, her bedside manner was awesome. She treated me for the infection AND the pain which is more than what most ERs have done for me. First hospital experience I ve had that went great all the way around. Thanks for having a great team of providers that early morning. I will be using this Presbyterian for any needs for my family from now on .
