Perhaps one of the most inspiring, modern, clean, and affordable spin studios around these days. I've done quite a bit of spin classes in my time, and by far - UpBeat is perhaps the best experience i've had on the East Coast. I'm picky when it comes to spinning (as an outdoor cyclist) and Jackie did a wonderful job designing this studio with great bikes and great perks - aromatherapy towels at the end of each workout,. Did I mention squeaky clean bikes?, (which they wipe down for you and place clean towels on your bike for you, beforehand) nice bathrooms, and super friendly staff. I feel at home here. You can even charge your phone in the lockers while you workout! I have had most all of the instructors and all are well trained and attentive. It's a great space and very positive vibe. I also love their community outreach. I wish all gyms could be this awesome!
