Service is absolutely the worst. We were planning on buying a new Pilot, but after all the problems my son has had - no way. His Pilot has been back and forth 8 times now with no resolution. Tonight the Pilot broke down with our daughter in law, the Pilot just started racing while she was driving it. She was fortunate that she did not wreck racing down the road. Back to the shop with Honda saying they have no idea what s wrong.
