How can one finish servicing a Water Heater literally under 3 mins and charged me 190.00$. Actually he switched on the Pilot Switch and told me that he has fixed the issue and if issue persist, we will replace the part. I informed that I have switched on Pilot myself few times in past but he said we will see. That's cheating Not satisfied at all.
However, once I informed the Client Manager of this incident they were prompt to send another technician and take care of this incident within 24 hrs. This made me to review my comments and now I'm doing fine. I would recommend to work with this company.
