Less stars If I could, Appointment at 2, showed up...

Less stars If I could, Appointment at 2, showed up at one they wont give u a door until it's time. Then u sit for hours...came for 3 pallets..took 9.5 hrs...constantly I saw office people payng more attention to their cell phones than their customers (drivers). Every thing u read on comments below are very true..where r the supervisors?..and why does this continue? Thanks for reading maybe management will too.
