Had an accident and thank God it was just the pedal damaged and the crank s thread was stripped. However, when I submitted my claim, they said that the repair and replacement fall under my excess. It was frustrating since I did not know that I have an excess. Where in fact when I bought my insurance, I opted to have no excess. Anyway, took another insurance company that does not have excess.
