Like most of the people on here, I have found this company to be a complete disaster. I ordered a chair in early May for next day delivery, chair never arrived, can't get though to 'customer services' to get a refund. I ordered a chair from Staples which arrived in a few days no problem. Zero stars wouldn't be good enough for these people.
