Unfortunately, the stay was less intoxicating for us. We did not like a few things. The hotel is more designed to offer luxury offers to guests. All inclusive is not all inclusive and that has very restricted and annoyed us.

To complain about are the following points:
- The pools are not heated but we have already accepted. However, the children's pool must and should be heated. That is unacceptable. The little one has frozen extremely and you really should not save!
- If you want to use the spa area, so sauna, steam room and indoor pool, then you have to pay 15 euros extra. All inclusive? I asked the lady in the spa area. She was very shocked that I asked such a question and I did not like that money being required. I also brought your attention to the competition. No interest. Above all, she never said hello again. Totally rude!
- The TVs were extremely disturbing. In the background one has heard such zooming noises. In the evening, the zoom was louder than the actual volume of the TV. The device was replaced but same situation.
- Only two devices can log into the WLAN network. Another austerity that is really unnecessary. Nowadays you just have several devices.
- In the lobby or other drinks you were always asked for the room number. Great discomfort and uncertainty. Every time we had to think about whether it does not cost money. You get no ribbon. We do not know what this is for a purpose but that is not a feeling of all inclusive performance.
- Animation or entertainment is there to see little but you can in the neighboring hotel (Steigenberger Aqua Magic). There you can get all the entertainment attractions. However, the problem is again only from 9-17 clock is this allowed (evenings are the best events). Furthermore, you only get in there, if you receive a ribbon and the room data, etc. are recorded in writing. The ribbon is only available for one day. Thus, the data must be re-recorded every day. If it's a big family like us with 7 people, then you get an incredible 10-13 min at the front desk. That is not acceptable. For the guest that makes zero sense and fun for the hotel operator, however, a nice statistic. Now I do not know what is more valuable

The positive:
- Mostly very polite and nice staff
- After my evaluation locally, the staff was very cooperative and courteous. Much of what I have criticized, was discussed and tried to help us. That's very nice and you have to credit the service.

Conclusion:
The hotel itself is very nice. The staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel has a lot of potential and is in a very good location. The food is excellent and always fresh.
But the concept and the austerity measures are a disaster. I felt like in a military base station. Everything according to rules, order and structure. Nothing and nobody is allowed to dance out of line.

This is not a vacation in my opinion. The customer is king and does not save until it is no longer possible. Things like that stand out and when they stand out, it's not beautiful anymore!

So if you want to feel good and do not want to worry about money or waste, you better reorient.
