I was with different immigration lawyers before signing on with Westkin Associates and it has been my best decision to change over to them. They're highly professional, knowledgeable , extremely helpful and efficient. Their approach on my case was well structured,simple and easy to follow.

My case had a bit of everything.
My application for Permanent Residence as a family member of an EEA national was refused. I had to lodge two appeals , attend two hearings (First-Tier Tribunal + Upper-Tier Tribunal) which were both allowed and an error in the law from First-Tier Tribunal's judge. At the end I was granted my PR.

The people who made it happen were exceptional. Jocelyn Howorth was superb. She represented me on both my hearings, lodged my second appeal and I wouldn't have had it any other way. She is an expert at what she does , extremely skilful and confident. I liked her honest and factual approach to my case. I was always made aware where my case stood and what to expect.I knew I was in safe hands.
I'm immensely grateful to James Canlas and Vandana Ruda for their extremely hard work , guidance and help on my case. Their ability to deal with an anxious client professionally and in a friendly manner. They turned my hopeless case into a winning case.
It was a lengthy and frustrating process but I knew I had the best team behind me. I would highly recommend Westkin Associates to anyone and especially the people I've mentioned above.
