If I can give 0 stars I would... I had a reservation for a week booked prior months before, upon arrival I was treated badly, the rooms I booked were not ready and were not what I was anticipating. I booked 2 rooms with multiple beds for my family and I , And both rooms only had one bed, upon walking into one of the rooms it had an horrible odor. Mind you I traveled 19 hours to get to the hotel just to be treated with horrible customer service. When I booked the rooms the hotel does not look like anything on the photos. They wanted me to pay more just to get what I had wanted/booked in the first place. I didnt know what to do, my family and I Didnt want to drive 19 hours back home. They Were no help, I would Not Recommend this hotel at all... Completely dissatisfied with their service.. Thank you for ruining my family vacation
