Not very responsive. Sent him an email 5 days ago and still haven't heard from him. Finally found a phone number for him. Person who answered said she could refer me to his assistant to get some information to pass it on to him and then he'll contact me if he accepts my case. I don't how responsive he'll be even he does accept the case.
