If you are reading this, it is best to steer clear of working here. They may put on a front like they are a good organization to work for but they are not. They are very inconsiderate regarding their workers and they are very unprofessional. The health and safety of their employees isn't important. It is hard to get time off and they will penalize you for any and everything. They only care about their numbers and production. Management and leadership is terrible and it shows when it comes down to happiness within the work environment. HR is supposed to be helpful but they are of no use and tend to brush many issues off like they aren't important.
