The customer support via telephone is pricelessly unusable, I managed to complete the payment with an enormous effort of will and telephone waiting hours for repeated attempts over several days .. it is not acceptable! I also point out that the first time I contacted a consultant that lasted 20-30 minutes to be able to modify a quote, the line fell and no one bothered to call me back or to make the quote finally available in the personal area available for payment. Another hour of attempts necessary to be able to make the payment !!! An obstacle course for customers that is really not acceptable
