My expectations where very high naturally since the price is astronomical, however they were absolutely exceeded 10 fold. The service impeccable, timing was key, the courses were brought out a steady pace, the wine was flowing, the descriptions of the food were lavish tales of far away places and rare ingredients.

Absolutely go with the wine pairings, if you are dropping $300 for food, its only $150 on average with tax and tip. Not sure when I will be able to afford to go back, but if I had the disposible income, I would definitely be there once a season.
