Before installation: After my research I selected Pacific Solar for multiple reasons: Sun Power, 25 warranty, local business and good reviews. At first sales Leo would pick up phone calls and replied within a few minutes of text. From signing docs to complete installation was about 45 days (mid dec). All good which why have I have them 3 stars.

After installation: System had an internet hiccup with the monitoring at the start but went away. Early Jan hiccup comes back and has not been repaired since. Calls to Leo are not being answered or returned late, same with texts either no reply or a day or so later with no solution other then management will get back to you, nothing I could do. I called management and contractor myself, some returned calls but no solution or we will get back to you ...
