Doubt about 4 or 5 stars. Worth 5 stars, but just the little things that make it 4 stars.
A.o. fridge in the hotel room cools badly. Keeps to the lukewarm what comes out.
Some descriptions are unclear, absent such as how the refrigerator turns on or on or only in English such as coffee machine and safe (German / English.
In family room (but other rooms I think too), it lacks power socket security against small children and possibly their fingers that they can put in

Furthermore, very friendly staff. Good condition of the room. Nice reception, restaurant. Very suitable for conferences or lectures.
