Currently staying here for 5 days. Arrived late and they did not honor my request for a King bed and stuck me at the very end of a hall in a room with a double bed. Check in agent was not accommodating at all. Wierd thing is, I stay at this hotel once or twice a year while attending conferences and I swear this is the third time I've been stuck in the end room which is small and very noisy. I wanted to get my stay applied to my SPG account for points and the check in guy couldn't even locate my account even though I get weekly emails from SPG. Wishing I had stayed at the Hyatt. Maybe next year.
