I live in Switzerland and know some great restaurants here, but the Cervo suprised me in all aspects! The place is located above Zermatt, but thanks to a 'secret' elevator of another hotel you get there very quickly. The location is simply great and unique. You can feel the love the people put in every detail of this wonderful place. The service is 'shocking' friendly or simply the best I've seen in whole Switzerland. The menu offers a good mix of international food and local specialities in unique and delicious combinations. I loved it!
