I called customer service, to return the wrong part that was shipped to me but it was the wrong part for my vehicle. Customer service said that I had to pay for shipping again since it was my fault for ordering the part. My question is why do I have to pay twice for shipping when they send me the wrong part according to the info and pics on their website? The customer service basically told me to go pound sand and when I told him I would never use his services again. All he said fine thanks and bye . This after spending my hard earn money trying to help this internet business. Well to say the least
I will in form all of my friends in social media and car clubs of what type of terrible customer service and business that Rock Auto Running is. It is worthless giving customers wrong part information and treating customers poorly. eBay. Is looking a lot better
