Very very poor follow up

I used their automated system to order my prescription when I had weeks worth of pills left. After two weeks when I hadn’t received it, I called back and they told me I was in the queue here. We are three weeks later, and I still haven’t received it, so I called again, they told me it was shipping today shortly after that I got an email that said because of taking so long my prescription had expired. This is a pill that you’re supposed to stay on not go off about a week ago. I realized that I was running short started going every other day. I have two remaining pills left when I responded to the email and asked them if they could expedite it. She asked me to call and see if they could do that. That’s not my responsibility. How do not call today I would never even know that. Forget it you’re not getting your prescription. This company needs to do Better, they need to have something that keeps us from happening. They’re happy to take my money but then they just drop the ball. Very disappointing in this company. If I could give them a zero, I would.
