Bought a 2009 Santa Fe here about 18 months ago. Firstly, Hyundai's Certified Pre-Owned Warranty (1 year/20,000kms) was not included in any of the paperwork. We didn't think to even ask because the Hyundai website says all their pre-owned vehicles have it. So when we needed a major repair within this time frame, we were disappointed to discover that we had to shell out the $2000 ourselves. To date we have had to have close to $5000 in repairs on this thing. We owned an Elantra years ago and it was a great little car. I don't know if quality control at Hyundai has gone down, or if we just bought a total lemon. Either way, I will never go back to this dealership.
