I'm disgusted with the way this company handles bu...

I'm disgusted with the way this company handles business. They water the common area behind our house three times a day for 20 minutes each time and it's flooding my yard! THEN they send us a letter telling us that we're over watering and flooding other people's yards!!! I get a violation letter for things like this and then I walk around our neighborhood in the common areas and the grass is dying, weeds are running rampant, and the trees aren't being pruned either. How about this Riverside; take care of the area you're responsible for. Maybe we, the homeowners, should send you weekly letters telling you how incredibly incompetent your company is!

On top of all that, their customer service skills are atrocious! When we moved in over a year ago we were told that they were replacing the back fence (we live in a lot that attaches to a common area, the current fence is a 4 ft wood/metal combination fence) with a 6 foot wrought iron fence. Surprise, surprise, that hasn't happened either! The fence wood is completely rotted out and the metal planks fall out when the wind hits any speed faster than the speed of smell. They tell me that they are going to come and repair the fence. Ok cool. Then they don't come. And this happens 4 times over a two month period!!! This morning was the last straw though, as my dog got out and was almost smoked by a car. They finally came out to "fix" it, but it's only a temporary fix.

How can you run a company like this?!? I will be reporting you to the BBB. If nothing else, hopefully someone will avoid hiring you to mismanage their property.
