If some one if going to get an auto loan form Santander, I suggest you don't.
I completed a struggling 18% interest rate for my car loan. I though I was done with my struggle but just realized the struggle was getting even worst. Once I completed my payment they act like they don't have you on the system. They don't receive your call nor do they respond to your request. Its been over 2 Months and my title papers have not been sent. I have been calling them every week but all they say is that my title will be released in a week but I never get it.

I have tries multiple times to call the customer care but they put me on hold or abruptly cut the call. I have been struggling and this comes to me when my family is going through a tough time due to the pandemic and suffering financially.

SANTANDER - if you are really true to you customer please help me out with this situation or if there is any one reading this and know how to mask this issue public please let me know. I would be more than happy to share all my information and the numerous calls I have made to the customer care.
