I am from the area originally. Remember the days, when it was the Teacher Training College. It has had a cash injection, which has enabled it to be an highly prized local attraction. Being so close to the motorway, it makes an ideal place to spend an afternoon/stop for a quick break, on a long journey, to gain some fresh air/stretch the legs and grab some food.
