I had to have surgery here and everyone in the hospital was wonderful. I loved my doctor and would normally highly recommend this hospital. But dealing with the billing department is a nightmare. Unlike other hospitals which are happy to help set up payment plans, the only payment plans this hospital has are ridiculously unrealistic. You cannot make online payments unless you are paying the entire bill. And when you call to make a payment it takes at least 3 calls before you get someone. Most calls go to a voice mail but they do not return calls even though you leave a message.
