I joined crossfit prime on a promotional deal thinking I might learn a few things to take with me and just go back to my old gym routine. Didn't happen...the people, the atmosphere, and the variety of the workouts drew me in and kept me coming back. I've seen huge progress with not only my own results, but in so many of the other members here as well. I've also made some great friends along the way. I genuinely look forward to coming to the gym as much as I can just to hang out. Nothing but good things to say about this place.
