Horrible experience. They seemed least bothered to earn my business and kept treating me as a non serious buyer. The quoted ridiculously high price and when I countered with realistic prices, they laughed at me and walked away. Worst customer experience. I will write to Mercedes USA to complain about this. You d want to avoid their salesman Tae. He is arrogant and doesn t care about his customers. Better off going to other dealerships in the area.
