If I could give zero stars I would. In times of COVID where people need their results and having staff unwilling to help facilitate these results is a problem. As someone who sits on a management team and doubles as a bedside provider truly unacceptable for a customer service rep to disconnect a call for being told. "I've been doing this for months and never have I had a problem getting my results." She said under no circumstances can they send me MY results. Management fix this; how hard is it being courteous when there's so much suffering going on in the world today? If you don't like your job... step aside there surely are other people who would be more than happy to take your place.
