We just had all of the windows in our 2 story house replaced by Clear Concepts. They replaced all of the original single pane windows and what a difference on the inside and outside. We decided to go with the Vinyl retrofit. Two of the other vendors were pushing new construction. The retrofits look great ! The job took 2 days to install the 19 wndows in our house. We had interviewed 4 contractors and decided to go with Clear Concepts. Pamela, our salesperson was very knowledgeable, personable and not aggressive at all, very responsive when we had questions. Our next door neighbor used Clear Concepts 8 years ago. Her windows still look great and she highly recommended them. Their pricing was also very competitive. Robbie and Joe came out to measure and they also did the install. We had a couple of tricky windows, which was no problem for them. It was very obvious, they were quite experienced They were also very courteous and professional. In short, we highly recommended Clear Concepts and would definitely hire them again.
