I write because I think that patients and clients have the right to better service. I was admitted for a cesarean delivery in this clinic and I had a very bad service, it is the worst I could see, some nurses in a bad mood, when they discharged me they did it at 4 pm and without warning, and the last straw when I go to pay tell me which billing does not work on Saturdays or weekends that I have to leave deposit and pay again another day. When we go on Monday we have to stand in line, my husband who does not live in the area lost his work day because the businessmen of this country believe that they can play with the time and money that we pay a high cost for the bad service of health in our country. As far as I am concerned, I will keep looking for a place where I will be respected to see if I can find it ???? And in the hope that they change for the better.
