I bought FiTech EFI unit 30002 last year and installed in my vehicle per directions in the box, the vehicle never ran right and would not retain the program. I called tech support and talked a lady who walked me through all the steps that I had already performed to no avail.

I attended the Las Vegas SEMA show in November 2018 where I met and spoke to Mike, he stated that they stand behind their products and asked me to bring it up to their Riverside location. The week after SEMA I called the FiTech Riverside location to arrange a day and time with Mike to bring the vehicle to them, after several phone calls and left messages I did not receive a return call.

In September 2019, I called FiTech again and was connected to Dominic at ext 115, I asked to speak to Mike and was informed that he was not available. I explained the situation to Dominic that I had discussed with Mike, Dominic stated that I could bring the car to the Riverside location and they would put it on the Dyno and troubleshoot the unit. I asked Dominic when I could bring the car up and he stated that he would call me back with a day and time....I still have not heard back from Dominic yet!

Good luck returning any products to FiTech much less getting ANY customer service out of them.

BE VERY CAUTIOUS WHEN YOU BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY!!
