I recently purchased a product from their website and while the design and quality were good, the shipping took longer than expected. The website experience was smooth and I found what I was looking for easily. However, I wish they had more variety in their product selection. The packaging was secure but could be more environmentally friendly. The customer service was helpful in addressing my inquiries but the response time was a bit slow.
