We finally closed on a home that we were suppose to close on three months ago. Glen Dewyea s communication was spotty and lacked transparency. We were unaware until after a month after we were suppose to close that the buyer of our home was in prison and had hundreds of thousands of dollars in liens on the property we were trying to acquire. He did not follow through with several things he said he would and our experience with buying this home was exceptionally poor. I do not recommend this company.
