We stayed here whilst we were in New York. it's location in Times Square made it ideal, and as it was our wedding anniversary they upgraded our room putting us on the top (50th) floor. The staff were all fantastic, and advised us the best way to get around as during our stay there were European deligates and president Trump in the city so traffic was manic. Only dissapointing part was the hotel charged our credit card with items we hadn't used after we'd checked out. Our travel adviser wasn't very happy, refunded us and is taking it up with the hotel herself. This was the only black mark on an otherwise brilliant holiday.
