My experience with Civitan Group Home has been quite average. The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean, but the level of care provided could be better. There have been a few instances where my loved one's needs were not adequately addressed, and I had to follow up multiple times to get things sorted. Overall, I would say they are decent, but there is room for improvement.
