I felt like we were discriminated against our race...

I felt like we were discriminated against our race. We booked a room online, and they accepted my payment. When I arrived in person individuals were NOT welcoming; including the receptionist. They made my family and I feel like we didn t belong! The receptionist informed me that I could not check in, because of a third party situation, and my card had been denied. I asked the receptionist what can I do to resolve the matter; she said she doesn t know. The only smile we received was when the receptionist told us she is sorry, and to try across the street at Comfort Suites. Luckily; Hampton Inn accepted us, and the SAME form of payment.
