This company is hands down the worst I have ever dealt with in my life. Had my airpods stolen in a hotel of theirs and was directed to the claims office. I was told by a nasty adjuster that there was nothing they could do since the maid said she didn't take them (no duh?). Sent a letter directly to the CEO and was told by a corporate customer care manager that they can't override the decision of an adjuster. Apparently the adjuster is the most powerful employee in the entire company. Needless to say, the company didn't even send me a formal apology. I have vowed to never stay at a Marriott property again in my life. Just booked 4 nights for a cross country trip and paid a total of $100 extra just to avoid their properties. I will make sure they loose a lot more than the $120 they stole from me.
