I will never respect Greg!

I will never respect Greg!

I worked for him for a few weeks and after driving more than 80 miles and working more than 60 hours (running errands, talking to clients, making calls in the office) he ended up refusing to pay me my hourly paycheck. He made me fill it out myself, he then signed the check and when I went to deposit it, 5 days later it bounced. I called him and he said he bounced it on purpose - which later the Texas Workforce Commission confirmed was illegal.

Aside from refusing to pay me for my work, Greg once confessed in the office to me a story where he began to dig a pool for a client and then was informed by the city that they did not have permission to build it. He then halted his work and refused to return the deposit of $10,000 to the client who expected a finished pool, but was left with a giant hole in their backyard. I was appalled by this and knew I needed to leave the company. However, Greg owed me a paycheck and I wanted to make sure I received it,

It doesn't make sense that a man who makes so much money will choose to not pay an hourly paycheck to someone like myself who worked tirelessly for this company. I was hoping we could build something great.

I have had to update this review because Greg sent me a text explaining that if I didn't remove my review by September 15th, he would sue me for $100,000. He knows rich lawyers and he seems to want me to at least lose money paying a lawyer to defend myself from a defamation of Character charge. I will not remove it, instead I am updating it to include a summary of Greg's message of intimidation.

This is why I will never respect Greg and I will never trust him to build my pool!
