I recently applied for a role and called to ask for some feedback. After being put through to reception, I was to told that it would take up to a week for feedback. After calling back one week later and again the following week, I was told that I could not be put through to a consultant and that it "wasn't the way that our agency worked". I have PA experience for some high profile individuals and was very frustrated that I was not given any feedback or confirmation that my application was received. Awful candidate relationship skills and a generally bad experience. Very frustrating.
