Very poor service, I won a Seagate playback competition run by this agency. Over 2 months has passed and I still haven't see my prizes. Apparently it's been despatched but I haven't been provided with any delivery information.

Now getting an out of office message when I email the employee I have been dealing with.

I've called and am awaiting a callback.
