Shocking, absolutely shocking. The lawyer working on my case was rude, ignorant and decided to not turn up to my court day, letting me know only the day before. I do not recommend this shocking service with untrained, unless staff.
Once i tried calling up on court date to sort a free duty lawyer with them out they decided to not answer the phone leaving me stranded with someone who knows nothing about my case and ive never met before in my life.
