Attorney Michael Ruppersburg and his staff were absolutely amazing! By far the best call I could have made was to them. They treated me with compassion and as a priority. They were very caring and professional. I never had to worry or be concerned about the status of my case because I was always kept well informed; Michael would give me continuous updates via email or he would call me himself. There were many times that I had questions that I would email him and he would always answer them very promptly. I was involved in a wreck in November 2018 and my case was settled in June 2019 but keep in mind that not all cases can be resolved that quickly but know that they are constantly working hard for you. Do not ever try to take on an insurance company by yourself, Michael is very knowledgeable and knows how to deal with these companies and their attorney's that will greatly benefit you in the end.
