Honestly, I read all these reviews and I was scared, specially since they had to close due to Covid for like 45 days I did not see my car...But it was the complete opposite for me. Liz was very helpful and reassuring and helped me out with the process and I did not catch the name of the girl who actually drove my car out at the lot in Pomona but she was very nice, so thank you!! My car was in great shape and even the little things I forgot inside of it like a hat and stuff was still in the car when I got it.
