I chose Mcgrath as my agent purely on the basis that they are the highest rated Real Estate agent in Mount Waverley by Google. It was such a delight to work with Jennie. She is persistent, responsive, supportive, genuine and kept going until she found suitable a tenant during the stage 4 lock-down. Kay is introduced as the property manager after the tenants have moved in. She is quite professional with good customer service skills.
